Hundreds of sculptors competing for Changchun international sculpture exhibition

    30th reporters learned from the Changchun City in Jilin province, 12th Changchun international sculpture exhibition will be held in Changchun City, Jilin province in mid-July.
At present, from the United States and the United Kingdom, and France, and Germany and South Africa, more than 96 countries and regions of 396 sculptor, 1258-carrying work competing for 100 exhibitors of this sculpture exhibition places.
        According to the introduction of this sculpture exhibition Zhang Shaojun, Deputy Director of the Office of the Organizing Committee, 12th Changchun international sculpture exhibition organised by the Changchun Municipal Government, whose theme is “ innovation by leaps and bounds, dreams ”.
Sculpture exhibition will be held July 14 cutting ceremony opening ceremony held on September 1.
        It is understood that since early this year, 12th Changchun international sculpture exhibition organizing Committee through various channels to the sculptor widely collected works at home and abroad, received warm response from the artists at home and abroad and to participate actively.
As of April 30, has been from the United States and the United Kingdom, and Italy, and New Zealand, and South Africa, more than 96 countries and regions submitted 1258 396 sculptor works, will eventually have 100 outstanding works exhibition.

        It is understood that since 1997, Changchun Municipal Government has organized 11 international sculpture exhibition, and two sessions of the international sculpture Conference. At present, from more than 212 countries and regions of more than 400 sculptors to Changchun attended the sculpture creation, work a total of more than 500 pieces.
These works focus on long-term exhibit of Changchun world sculpture park.
